Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Outfixel streetwear as much as we do. If something isn’t perfect, our straightforward return policy has you covered.

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached
  • Must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All Sale T-Shirts (marked down items)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not from manufacturing

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Style Squad
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and return/exchange details. Use our template below for fastest processing.

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack items in original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Refund Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Follow the return process above and:

  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
