OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale T-Shirts (marked down items are final sale)
- Any items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not from manufacturing
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about what you’d like to return or exchange. Use our template below for quick processing. - Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. - Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. - Ship It Back

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or color of our premium streetwear? Follow the return process above and:
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
